Resumen
En este artículo se realiza un análisis metodológico de la investigación sobre Reforma del Sistema de Servicios de Salud a partir de un grupo de investigaciones destinadas al estudio de los procesos de reforma en diferentes escenarios latinoamericanos. Se describen los diferentes momentos del recorrido metodológico en función la defensa de un enfoque que reconoce en la perspectiva analítica utilizada por el investigador el ingrediente estratégico que resultará en una articulación más o menos adecuada entre tres componentes del proceso de diseño de una investigación: situación problemática / objeto de estudio / interrogantes que el estudio procurará responder.
Abstract
The present article consist of a methodological analysis or researches focused on Health Care Reform. Its starting point is a group of researches destined to study reform processes in different scenarios in Latin America. Several moments of the methodological process are described, with the aim to defend the approach than recognizes in the analytical perspective used by researchers, the strategic ingredient for an adequate articulation between the three elements included in the design of a investigation: the problematic situation, the object of the study and the questions aimed to be answered.
